Our own crowdfunding campaign to help Oudtshoorn Dogs in Need
What we do
Our contribution are inoculations, sterilisations, vet assistance, observation of sick dogs and returning to homes when healthy, monitoring all dogs and cats that were beneficiaries of our assistance, rescuing, medicating, education and re-homing. A large part of our services is the re-homing of our rescues all over SA. EVERY DOG & CAT GETS A HOME – whether a day, week, month or year at our happy shelter – they all go home! We never give up.
All our animals are socialised and run around together in open runs!

Oudtshoorn Municipal Pound (Skut) provides temporary shelter for abused, lost or unwanted animals. We are not affiliated with the pound but after adopting dogs and cats from the pound, we decided to try and help the rest of the dogs to a better life. First prize is to find them good homes. Second prize is to make their lives a bit better while they are in the shelter. The pound has limited resources and is in need of basics such as blankets, bowls, bedding, food and medication.
